Microsoft Lousy Attitude towards customers

My experience in early 2000’s traveling to Microsoft many times is that there were several kinds of arrogant and clueless staff who were far more prevalent than the humble, hard working, customer caring ones.

The attitude still pervades to this day. Here are some examples:
